Aureolin.Yoga was born from the quiet ache of burnout. Our practice is designed to release stress and help you reconnect with yourself through mindful, nurturing movement. Feel safe seen, and supported in a space—both in person and online—that’s crafted to help you slow down, breathe, and honor your body. Every session is guided with care, giving you the time and space to restore balance and presence.
Our Mission is to guide health and wellness seekers to reduce anxiety, and burnout, build lasting resilliance, through mindful, trauma-informed practices we support your nervous system regulation and holistic healing.
We specialize in gentle, restorative yoga, and mindfulness practices. Each session is thoughtfully designed to work with your nervous system – not against it – helping you carry a sense of calm into your daily life.

Led by a Certified 600hr Yoga Instructor and I AM YOGA NIDRA facilitator, with advanced training in anatomy, mindfulness, and restorative practices.
FAQs
I AM YOGA NIDRA is an ancient, intention-based practice known as "yogic sleep." It guides you into deep relaxiation, helping your nervous system reset, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Practiced with care and love, it allows you to set intentions and restore both body and mind.
It means I create a safe, supportive space where you always have a choice, agency, and respect for your body and nervous system. No pushing, forcing or judgment.
No experience is needed. My classes are beginner-friendly, and you can go at your own pace.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. A yoga mat is helpful, and sometimes blankets or pillows for support (I'll let you know in advance if needed)

I offer a gentle, adaptable approach suitable for all experience levels. Private sessions are available for children, beginners, and older adults. Public online classes are designed for adults (ages 18+) due to platform requirements and safety. Children may join only in private or specially designed sessions.”
